What You’ll Receive:

  • See yourself swimming next to elite swimmers to demonstrate and better understand the correct skills.

  • See yourself swimming alongside elite swimmers to visualize and better understand proper technique.

How It Works:

  1. Visit your local pool with a phone or underwater camera. Ask a friend or lifeguard to film you from different angles.

  2. Capture 20 seconds of footage at race pace.

    1. Essential: Above-water, front view

    2. Essential: Above-water, side view

    3. Recommended: Underwater, side view

    4. Recommended: Underwater, front view

    5. Recommended: Birds eye
