Our two-hour technique clinic is designed to boost your speed and efficiency. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of your strengths and the key areas to improve in your stroke.

Learn from experienced swim coach Laura Quilter
Laura was an international swimmer and surf lifesaver for over 5 years. She now works as a Registered Nurse, where she blends her passion for health and wellness with patient care. Aura Move was created as a way of combining Laura’s lived experience as an athlete, coaching knowledge, and physiological understanding to help others achieve their goals.

North Harbour Triathlon Club
Laura also coaches Thursday morning swim sessions for the North Harbour Triathlon Club. These sessions are available for anyone who can confidently swim 400m without stopping. You do not need to be a triathlete to join.
When: Thursday’s, 6:00 - 7:30AM

Cost: Free for your first session. Concession cards and membership options available after your first session.
