The clinic is suitable for swimmers of all levels! You don’t need to be fast or competitive to join—if you're passionate about improving your swimming, this clinic is perfect for you. To get the most out of the experience, you should be able to swim 200m non-stop.

Swimming is technical, and sometimes a small change is all it takes to make you more efficient. Our 2-hour Swim Clinics are designed for adults who want to swim smoother, feel less breathless and get faster.
If you answer "yes" to any of these questions, video analysis will help you:
I have stagnated with my swimming and don’t know what to change
I feel extremely breathless when swimming
I'm training for a triathlon or swimming event
I am interested in learning about swimming technique
What's included:
Stretching and mobility
Freestyle technique swim session
Poolside feedback of your technique
Optional: Video analysis.

Location: Northcote College Pool, 5 Kauri Glen Road, Northcote, Auckland, New Zealand
Attendees: Maximum of 12 people
Cost:
Swim only: $109
Swim and video analysis: $139*
*Your video analysis will be emailed directly to you with coaching feedback and drill suggestions. Please allow 7 days for your video analysis to be sent to you.
Please note swim clinics are for people aged 16 and over. We do not offer coaching for children.

If you are training for an event, are frustrated by a lack of progression in your swimming, or are ready to dedicate time to improving your stroke, video analysis is a great option. Video analysis is one of the fastest ways to improve your swimming because it can identify the key areas of improvement in your stroke.

For the clinic you must bring:
Swimwear (form-fitting swimwear is recommended)
Goggles
Fins
Drink bottle
Warm jacket (the pool is covered by a tent but can be drafty)
Highly recommended:
Snorkel
Pull buoy
Optional:
Paddles and other training equipment
Swim cap
